Workshop Training Methods
The workshop incorporates a variety of methods - including multi-media
presentations, individual and small group work, peer analysis and self-
assessment - to appeal to every learning style. I serve as expert facilitator,
modeling the facilitator/coaching role, and providing support according to
individuals’ needs. To maximize skills’ transfer, participants practice the
relevant communication strategies of the successful trainer, and learner feedback
continuously shapes course content
Delivery Variables
Flexible: Total 16 hours available in half-day sessions.
