and delivering winning presentations. Participants practice their persuasive speaking
skills while learning the content and delivery strategies which enhance audience impact.

Training Methods
Participants hone interpersonal skills and learn persuasion techniques by
planning and delivering career- focused presentations, and by analyzing
their videotaped presentations with their colleagues and the trainer.
Participants present formally and informally, individually and in groups,
to build presentation strengths
Learning Measurements
Participants receive individual on-going assessment and evaluation from the
expert facilitator. Moreover, participants assess their own and colleagues'
presentation strengths according to criteria established by company decision-makers
and themselves.
