- The Communication Skills for Success workshops focus on communication strategies for
personal/professional growth
- Customized workshop content, length and complexity depend on the client’s
learning objectives.
- A fully customized, interactive workshop module represents approximately
16 hours of participants’ time; however, modules can also be modified to half-day
and full-day formats.
- Maximum 15 for individual conferencing
After Module 1: The Communication Process, clients can choose any or all
subsequent modules in the series (up to a total of 14), in any delivery mode
(a series of full or half days over several weeks, for example), depending on
organizational objectives.

The workshops uses a variety of strategies -- including case studies, problem-solving exercises,
role-plays, multi-media, small-group discussion, writing, peer analysis/assessment and learner
self-reflection -- designed to appeal to every learning style. The trainer serves as expert facilitator,
and learner feedback is integrated through regular course evaluation.
Customized course content provides the best learning. To maximize course relevance and learning transfer, workshop content is based on company examples and work situations.
During the prior needs assessment interviews, the trainer identifies both organizational and individual
perspectives and objectives, which then become the focus of the workshops.

Learning Measurements
Participants receive individual on-going assessment and evaluation from
the expert facilitator. Moreover, participants assess their own and others’
skills according to criteria established by company decision-makers and
themselves.
